Fischer Projection: Mastery Check

i.  More than one Fischer projection can be drawn to represent a given molecule.  Lactic acid (1) exists as a pair of enantiomers: (R)-lactic acid and (S)-lactic acid.

1)  How many Fischer projections can be drawn to represent (R)-lactic acid?

2)  Draw them.

ii.  Determine whether the two Fischer projections are identical, constitutional isomers, enantiomers, or diastereomers.
